Taking into account the purposes for which the data were processed, the data subject shall have the right to obtain the completion of personal data that are incomplete, including by providing an additional statement.'<\/p>\n

            RIGHT TO ERASURE OF DATA<\/h5>\n

            According to Article 17, paragraph 1: Right to erasure of data (\"right to be forgotten\"), the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data, without undue delay, and the controller has the obligation to erase the personal data, if one of the reasons exists:<\/p>\n

            • the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;<\/li>\n
            • the data subject withdraws his\/her consent on the basis of which the processing takes place;<\/li>\n
            • the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the right to object;<\/li>\n
            • there are uncertainties about the lawfulness of the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n
            • the data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on the controller;<\/li>\n

              RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING<\/h5>\n

              According to Article 18: Right to restriction of processing, the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of processing in one of the cases:<\/p>\n

                RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY<\/h5>\n

                According to Article 20, the data subject has the right to transmit personal data to another data controller. The data controller shall provide the data subject with a copy of the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Furthermore, the data controller must not prevent the transmission of personal data to a new data controller.
