GENERAL PROVISIONS
General terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") set out the conditions and specify the rights and obligations of the seller (distributor) and the buyer (customer) for the sale of products via the online shop www.patio.ro
The seller and operator of the online operations is ZALMOS CONSULTING S.R.L., Capital Stock Paid 200 lei, with registered office in Str. Balantei, nr. 46, Petresti Village, Corbeanca, Ilfov, registered with the Trade Register with No. J23/4520/2022, having CIF:
RO36189122, having a current account IBAN: RO76BTRLRONCRT0350788701, opened at Banca Transilvania. The relationship between the parties is governed by the Romanian Law on Consumer Protection (Law 363/2007), the E-Commerce Law (Law 365/2002) and the Emergency Ordinance on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts (GEO no. 34/2014).
MARKETED PRODUCTS AND ORDER PROCESSING
PRICES, PRODUCTS AND VALIDITY OF OFFERS
If the prices or other details regarding the products have been displayed wrongly, including due to the fact that they have been entered incorrectly in the database, we reserve the right to CANCEL the orders containing these products/services and to notify the customers as soon as possible about the error that has occurred. According to the Civil Code Law 287/2009 CHAPTER I Contract of Sale, SECTION 1, General Provisions Art. 1665 Fictitious Price and Derisory Price –
(1) The sale is voidable when the price is fixed without the intention of being paid.
(2) Also, unless otherwise provided by law, the sale is voidable when the price is so disproportionate to the value of the property that it is obvious that the parties did not wish to consent to a sale.
SHIPPING PRICE
Our company assumes no obligation if the delivery cannot be made due to erroneous delivery information, refusal of receipt by the recipient or if the recipient cannot be contacted at the data provided by the customer.
IMPORTANT: If you notice the depreciation of the packages, the courier will draw up a damage report and we will be able to take the necessary measures.
The notifications regarding the damaged package will be accompanied by the photo taken by the Client and the report drawn up.
WARRANTIES-Patio
Non-conformities resulting from transport or use/installation in improper conditions, the perishable nature of the product cannot be claimed and imputed to the seller.
Patio.ro undertakes to ship only food products in perfect condition of packaging and storage and does not assume responsibility for damages arising from transport.
DATA PRIVACY
ZALMOS CONSULTING S.R.L. processes and stores personal data in the EU and is able to demonstrate compliance at any time. This Privacy Policy complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

The use without the consent of ZALMOS CONSULTING SRL of any of the elements listed above is punishable according to the laws in force.

Any other problem caused by the products and services presented on patio.ro and which is not already addressed by any article of this document, will be solved amicably within 15 working days from the date of written notification of the problem by the user. The notification will be sent by e-mail to salut@patio.ro.
If it has not been possible to settle the conflict amicably, the competence lies with the Romanian courts of law or with a dispute resolution body, alternatively, agreed by both parties.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use of the patio.ro website, the client fully assumes the consequences arising from the use of the website under these conditions.
DEFRAUD
Any attempt to access the personal data of another user or to modify the content of the www.patio.ro website, or to affect the performance of the server on which the website runs, will be considered an attempt at fraud and will lead to criminal investigation against the person or persons who have attempted to do so.
FINAL PROVISIONS
This document sets out the conditions for the sale and purchase of products through the patio.ro website, including the terms and conditions under which you may use the website. Also, access to the site will be made under the authority of the terms and conditions presented in this document.

At the time of placing an online order, the Client declares that he/she has read and fully agrees with the above.
